Coconut Cream 400ml by XO

Soft and velvety textured coconut cream from popular Thai brand XO. This coconut cream has a delicious mild aroma perfect for making classic Thai curry recipes, cookies, desserts, ice cream and any other recipes were coconut cream is required. It can also be combined with water to create a coconut milk consistency.

Use as cooking ingredient

Ingredients: Coconut Extract 48%, Water 21.949%,  Natural Thickening Agent: Xanthum Gum (NS 415) 0.05%, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (INS 223) 0.001%.

Shake well before use. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
