Customizable Whole Bean Coffee

We offer numerous size options for pre ground coffee beans, but we highly recommend that you choose to ship our coffees as whole bean coffees. This allows you to custom grind your beans for your preferred brewing method. It also means, that you get the freshest and most aromatic tasting coffee every time. Use a coarse to medium grind for French press and pour over coffee makers and a fine grind for stovetop espresso makers and other espresso machines.

How to Store your Coffee

We do not recommend to put your espresso beans into the freezer. Freezing your coffee puts it in contact with moisture which ends up draining it of its flavor. The best place to store your Smooth Silver coffee is within an airtight container, somewhere cool, dark and dry.

This could be a pantry or a cabinet, just as long as it’s somewhere away from heat and light. If you really want to store your coffee on your counter, keep the coffee in a canister that is opaque, airtight, and away from direct sunlight. Use it up within 1-2 weeks of opening to enjoy a light, medium or dark roast coffee with the freshest, fullest aroma.
